A full brokerage site with an AI assistant that legally cannot quote a rate.
An FCA-regulated finance broker needed a modern site and a way to answer enquiries out of hours. We built the site, a multi-step application wizard, and a branded AI assistant tuned to the business.
The interesting part is what the assistant won't do: a server-side guardrail means it cannot quote a rate, APR or monthly figure even if asked directly — compliance enforced in code, not in a prompt.
